Grant Reeves

President & CEO

Mr. Reeves is responsible for corporate leadership and direction of Circa Enterprises Inc. He has 20 years of merger and acquisition, corporate finance, and strategic planning experience having served as a corporate vice president of The InterTech Group, Inc. since 1990.

Mr. Reeves was previously the President of PBI Performance Products Inc., a South Carolina based material science company engaged in the development, manufacturing, and marketing of high performance polymers. PBI Performance Products is a wholly owned subsidiary of The InterTech Group, Inc. of North Charleston, South Carolina.

In addition, Mr. Reeves previously served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Galvanic Applied Sciences, Inc., a publicly-traded company involved in the design, manufacturing and selling of instrumentation equipment in the natural gas, industrial liquids and sulfur processing markets located in Calgary, Alberta.

Mr. Reeves graduated from the Terry Business School of the University of Georgia in 1978.

Cory Tamagi

VP Finance & CFO

Mr. Tamagi is responsible for the financial and administrative leadership of Circa Enterprises Inc. and also serves as the Corporate Secretary. He is a Chartered Accountant and has several years of experience in senior financial roles in both public and private companies.

Mr. Tamagi holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Calgary and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Alberta and the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants.

Dieter Gmeinder

VP Operations

Mr. Gmeinder is the Vice President of Operations at Guardian Telecom and Circa Enterprises Inc. He is responsible for maintaining smooth operations in several departments including Production, Procurement, and Engineering.

Prior to Circa Enterprises, Mr. Gmeinder had experience with companies in the manufacturing and airline industries. Mr. Gmeinder graduated from Tuttlingen College in Germany with a degree in Supply Chain.

Sean Newborn

Director of Sales

Mr. Newborn currently serves as the Director of Sales, and is responsible for the overall direction and guidance to plan, organize, direct, and execute policies and activities of the sales department.

Mr. Newborn has served 14 years in various capacities at Guardian Telecom Inc. as Director of Domestic and International Sales, Development of new and innovative products, and Director of System Integration. Mr. Newborn has facilitated the success of the overall operations within the company producing the highest level of telecommunications products and services to multiple industries domestically and internationally.

Prior to joining Guardian Telecom, Mr. Newborn held Sales and Management positions in retail high end furniture and the heavy equipment industry. Mr. Newborn received his training from General Motors Management Training in Flint, Michigan, Sales and Management courses through Continuing Education at the University of Calgary, and Retail Training through the Calgary Chamber of Commerce and BBB.

Kevin Sera

Director of Engineering

Mr. Sera is responsible for the Design department and the development of products and technology. Additionally, he is responsible for the product regulatory certifications.

Mr. Sera has over 30 years’ experience in the electronics design and manufacturing industry sector with 11+ years focused on the development and manufacturing of products intended for use in industrial and hazardous environments. Prior to working with Guardian Telecom, Mr. Sera worked with companies such as Honeywell (Gas Detectors / BW Division), Sanmina Corp, Novatel & Westronics Systems.

Mr. Sera graduated from Lethbridge College specializing in Electronics Technology and Electronics Engineering. Additional training included Six Sigma Lean Certifications and other QMS training.

Tony Tran

Sales/Product Specialist

Mr. Tran is responsible for expanding the existing client base, maintaining client relations and building advocates within the company’s strategic accounts. Mr. Tran works closely with the sales channels to help build new customer relationships, and manages key profile customers and serves as the customers’ single point of contact. He oversees day-to-day operations and maintains strong executive level relationships throughout each account by presenting to customers, developing proposals and negotiating agreements. Mr. Tran coordinates global sales coverage, manages local territory sales execution and is involved in the set and negotiation of all pricing for designated accounts.

Prior to his current role, Mr. Tran was the Director of OEM and Contract Manufacturing at Guardian Telecom; he held this role from 2004 to 2015. Overall, Mr. Tran has 17 years’ experience in managing, planning, manufacturing, installation and maintenance of a wide range of telecommunications equipment for diverse industries.
