Step IV – Factory Authorized Service and Return

Once received by an Authorized Guardian Service Centre, each piece of equipment is carefully inspected and tested. If the item is still under warranty, repairs are completed and it is returned to its owner, generally within five working days of receipt by the Authorized Centre.

A telephone beyond the warranty period or a telephone subjected to abuse will be evaluated by an Authorized Service Technician. The Guardian Telecom Authorized Service Centre will provide the owner’s representative with a repair cost estimate. Once the charges are approved by the owner’s representative, repairs will be completed by a Guardian Telecom Authorized Service Centre and the telephone will be shipped within five working days.
