Mrs. Hulshof is a Chartered Professional Accountant. She has over 16 years’ experience which includes manufacturing, golf course operations, oil and gas services, logistics and warehousing services. These positions were held in both publicly-traded and private companies.
As the VP Finance & CFO, Mrs. Hulshof leads the accounting/finance, IT, communications and administration of Guardian. She is responsible for financial stewardship, accounting & financial reporting, internal control, tax, corporate finance, treasury, securities commission & stock exchange compliance, risk management, and administration.
Mrs. Hulshof received a Bachelor of Applied Business Administration – Accounting in 2014 from Southern Alberta Institute of Technology. She is a CPA and member of CPA Alberta.
